WELCOME -- to the Pakenham Little Aths Centre.
Not long now.
It's not long now until the Track and field season starts in earnest. Keep your Saturday mornings free.
A big thankyou to our major sponsor got this year, Harcourts Pakenham. Without the on-going support of sponsors like Harcourts Real Estate, and The Grayn Restaurant clubs like ours would suffer. Please continue to support our sponsors.
Our Come and Try and Registration morning is September 19th. An opportunity for children and parents unfamiliar with Track & Field events to give them a try and see what Little Athletics is all about. The Come and Try sessions run from 9:30 to 11:00am and Registration runs from 11:00 to 1:00pm.
We also have a separate Registration Day on September 27th from 10:00 to 12 noon.

Our Coaches are planning for a full season with lots of new ideas for coaching nights.
Coaching will resume, for existing members, on
Tuesday 25th August 4:30 to 6:00pm and
Thursday 27th August 5:00 to 6:00pm. Times are subject to confirmation, light and weather.
News members are welcome to attend Coaching once the official season starts in October.
The first few weeks will focus on getting back into training and improving fitness after a quiet winter.
Relay training and fitness wil be the focus in the weeks leading up to the Region Relays. Our Coaches will use these sessions to fine-tune baton changes, teach new members lane running and placement.
November and December will focus more towards the events that make up the Multi's. These include 100m, 800m, Long Jump, Discus and Hurdles. Pakenham will hold it's own Multi event morning on December 5th in preparation for the Multi Event Championship held early 2010.
After Christmas, the focus will move towards training covering all track and field events as athletes fine tune their preparations for the Region Track and Field Qualifying event.
