WELCOME -- to the Pakenham Little Aths Centre.
What a GREAT start to the year for your Centre. It has been a busy time down at the Track, with lots of new athletes joining our Centre.
We have good numbers at all age levels, but we'll always welcome more kids. So if you have any friends that you would like to bring along them we'll try to make them more than welcome.
Results online, soon we'll be launching our results on line. Not long after each weekends events you'll be able to find your results on-line.
We're currently running Region Relays training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Region Relay Qualifying
Heats are coming up on Saturday 15th November at the Duncan McKinnon Reserve, Murrumbeena and we need to be prepared.
Although attendance at training isn't compulsory, you really need to attend most, if not all, of the training
to ensure that the team works together as a team on the day.
Tuesday 5:00 - 6:00pm at Toomuc Reserve.
The focus is "region relays".
Thursday 5:00 - 6:00pm at Toomuc Reserve.
The focus is "region relays".
The Team Managers and/or Centre Coaches will contact the athletes involved in the relays to let them know what is happening.
Remember, this is the only team event at Little Athletics, so make the most of it. Relays are not about the
individual, it is about the team. Think, a poor attitude or baton drop can be more costly than the slowest runner. Make sure you have fun.
For more info, please contact Jody 0419 307 065 or
Gordon 0407 909 126.
Every year, over and beyond attending Toomuc Reserve there are lots of other athletic events happening across Victoria. These range from Region events, U6-U8 Southern Regional Carnival to State events, Multi's. Keep an eye for any event you would like to try.
