F.A.Q's are always a great place to start. If you haven't visited the website before, or you have never bee involved with Athletics, then I would suggest that you start there.
Most people will end up here at some stage or another. Keep an eye on the photos, maybe one day you'll see either your face or someone that you know, or maybe even the face of a future champion.
For that reason as well, maybe every so often look at the Records and Results, se if you can pick out up and coming successes from the Pakenham Centre.
